The only definite one I can think of off the top of my head in 2008 is Gears of War 2 (Left4Dead is 2009 correct?).

Other than that, Fallout 3 is a big maybe (it was a definite until the E3 showings), Madden is a maybe, LBP is a maybe, and Fable II is still a maybe.
