Wow another PS3 fanboy fake posts, yes you can use the originail 20gb etc that comes with the 360 BUT you can also use a USB drive of almost "ANY" size as long as you use a prog like Partition magic to format it.
So let's see what we have here -
1. You can use the 360 for High Def Movie downloads which delete themself anyway so NO harddrive space needed.
2. 360 is backward compatible and you can download Xbox 1 games direct for Xbox live BUT you can also just buy the original Xbox 1 games on dvd for peanuts now so again NO hard drive space needed.
3. Gamesaves 20gb would store millions so irrelivent.
4.Demos take up space but just how long would anyone want or care about a demo ? if they liked the game that much they would buy it.
So in reality when you compare the Two systems there is NOTHING to choose, USB will store and displayall your 360 Photos,MP3s and Div-x mp4 films etc.
Shows the 360 is doing very well when a fanboy makes these type of posts.....

Really? I had no idea.

I don't think he means that you can use it as a system HDD. Just play movies/music off it, and store pictures and other media. Not install games (after the fall update) or download XBLA games to.
Microsoft's new pricing scheme really has me tempted to buy an XBox360 as well. But XBox Live Gold + wifi adapter keeps killing the deal for me. Still, I think it would be worth it even just for singleplayer games (Fable 2 looks pretty interesting, badly want to play Mass Effect 1/2/3, Alan Wake, etc.). Yea, if that $200 pricepoint for the XBox360 Arcade turns out true, I might just have to pick one up.
