I wasn't aware modding a console for the sake of playing home-made game is "encouraging piracy". Heck, I have my iphone modded, does that make me a theft?

 

 

We all know you weren't suggesting your original comment just for homebrew games.

And yes, I wish I could ban people for being dirty pirates or encouraging people to pirate games.
