This wasn't meant to bash Apple. Apple is awesome.
They aren't doing bad revenue/net income.
24Billion revenue and 3.5B net income is pretty awesome. That's their 2007 status.
Still, what bothers me, is that people pretend Apple is such a small company, while MS is so big. Sure, MS is a lot bigger, but still.
MS has ~ 4 times as many employees (Apple has 20K ish, MS has 80K ish)
MS has twice the revenue (MS has 51B, Apple has 24B)
Apple has 1/5 of the net income. (Apple = 3.5B, MS = 18B)
Just for reference, I believe Nintendo had 2.4B net income, and 17B revenue
