In all fairness, you'll have a damned hard time finding software that compares to iLife when it comes to home multimedia creation geared for the average intrawebtard... In fact, I'd say it's nigh impossible. The suite is bloody excellent in every regard.

Shit, I even use it for professional work occasionally. It's really a brilliant bit of software from Apple that comes free with every new Mac (though you obviously pay the Apple premium when you buy the computer... Cupertino is mighty proud of that logo). I haven't found anying in the PC world that comes close to competing with it.

Let's be fair here, you are not a Webtard.  Webtards are not doing much VideoEditing...

You are right though, the video is great.  But go to you tube, watch some webtards' videos and you will see they are all using Windows Movie Maker (if anything) with all the settings to default.

(I do love my ipod though I wouldn't buy another.)

Which is an absolutely atrocious piece of software. That was my point. You may not see many people using iMovie/iWeb/iDVD, but they're all vastly superior to their bundled Windows counterparts (and most other casual software on the market). The first time I used iMovie, I was editing clips together within a few minutes... I needed to switch over to Movie Maker once and was incredibly irritated within minutes. Of course, iMovie is rather limited compared to Premiere and whatnot but it fills the needs of the average user very well.
