I don't know about pain but the least amount and weirdest was one time when I dropped a knife into my foot. I didn't even realize it it was in my foot until I looked down. Didn't even feel it.
I guess the worst pain was one time when I got food poisoning real bad for 2 day and had the worst stomach cramps while puking and trying to breath.
