All signs point to the game only being on the PSP and the Cell Phone game is scrapped. However, even if it is for Mobile as well, SE has said the game is being developed for the Next-Generation of Cell Phones. Which is fine since Japanese Cell Phones are years head of what we have,
Also, while it has an online RPG element, SE said it isn't Massive Multiplayer.
