Fact is, only those with an Elite 360 will get any advantage, 20gb is nothing, even 60 is pretty insignificant for installing full games

That's far from being factual. Every 360 owner with a hard drive will get an advantage. Even if you can only install a single game, it means reduced loading times, reduced noise, and less wear and tear on the DVD drive.

I read that it takes around 10 minutes to install a full game to the hard drive. If you're just going to play a game for half an hour to kill time it isn't worth it, but you have the option to play every single game without any kind of forced install. If you are sitting down for several hours to play a game, or you're concentrating on completing one particular game over a number of days, then of course the install is an advantage, regardless of hard drive size. Also, you could install one game and still play any other straight from the disc - you wouldn't have to delete the game to make room for an install unless you chose to.
