If either Sony or Microsoft left:
1- Companies making HD games would have to quickly restructure to focus almost exclusively on Wii/DS development.
2- As a result of #1, the remaining HD company would be hurt a lot.
If Nintendo left:
1- 3rd parties would lose the DS/Wii cash cows, and would have to ask for bigger moneyhats from MS/Sony in order to survive by making expensive HD games only. If this failed, 3rd parties would have to downsize their studios in order to focus on the huge money-making franchises which can safely make a profit even with the required big budgets.
Based on this analysis, I'd say Nintendo without a doubt.
