I'll believe this when I see it. It is going to be hard to displace DVD as average consumers still don't know the difference between DVD and Blu-Ray. The average consumers that do know the difference are not happy that Blu-Ray movies cost up to twice as much.
I can see Blu-Ray becoming the standard but it may take a year or two longer then they are predicting.
