Haha, that's so funny... probably why Nintendo hasn't come up with a game like this (one revolving around the internet) - when given the freedom, these internet communities become far from family-friendly. I'd say your two minutes and eleven seconds is being far too generous.
While there may be a system that catches most of the offensive content, I doubt you'd be able to avoid it altogether. Unless they go off banning the offenders - I suppose that's a possibility.
