For me it is Final Fantasy X as my favourite, the first one i played properly and i just really really enjoyed the story and still do have racked up more than 100 hours of playtime on save alone with 30 hours on another 3 different saves.
Final Fantasy VI got on my nerves for a bit because i couldn't figure what to do but after that it is definitely my joint favourite.
With FFVII and FFIII (DS) following close behind.
