It's all about the extra content. You see, if there was no extra content, Bioshock on PS3 would flop badly.

DLC on 360 GTA4? No big deal. Extra content for PS3 Bioshock? OMG BUY THE GAME.

I think you are the only one in this thread claiming that... What DMeisterJ is saying is that Sony must find a way to set their port apart from the rest.  Make it unique in some way without having to spend a ridiculous amount from a warchest and fight MS in a game they can't win.  I seriously see no point in debating this.  It's a troll thread and if you watch the video, it's clear that Carmack is out of his environment.  He's a PC developer trying to take his PC development knowledge and put it in a different industry.
