all footage has been in pre-alpha... however, if you watch the vidoc it shows some direct comparisons and there is definitely a difference. The cool part is that they are keeping the art style so similiar so that you really don't see a huge difference in character or level design and so you will feel like you are playing in the same universe only higher res with more detail.
in one of their weekly updates they said that they could have made it super realistic but it would have taken away part of the art style.
