Good. You've come to the ultimate conclusion that frees WoW players from its clutches.
All that's left for you to do it quit the game and stop being a WoWhead.
Thats only te raid experience of people who don't want to put in the effort. Mine went something like this: 1. Wipe misreably to the new boss on our first attempt. Quite honestly I always hated it when we got a new guy who thought like you did. They added very little to the raid and required constant baby-sitting. There are times when you just have to react to a new situation with your own solution. People who blindly follow orders never come up with those ideas because they think someone else will have the better solution. I will take 5 stubborn relentless jack-asses who think they know best over 25 idiots who will only follow the walk-through of another guild. I don't know what I'm more in disbelief about: the fact that Chris Metzen can claim with a straight face that his original story hasn't been beast-raped into oblivion or that people are willing to pay a monthly fee so that Blizzard can frustrate them.

2. Figure out what caused the wipe (not enough healing, damage spikes too large, not DPS too low causing boss to enrage, idiots just not paying attention, etc)
3. Slam head against the wall for a few attempts while trying to fine tune and perfect the best way for your raid group to beat the encounter.
4. Argue endlessly with every one else in my class because we all think completely different ideas would be the best solution and try to find a way to test them all and see who is actualy right.
5. Kill boss (gloat if it was your idea that was right) collect phat lewtz and then move back to step 1.
"I mean, c'mon, Viva Pinata, a game with massive marketing, didn't sell worth a damn to the "sophisticated" 360 audience, despite near-universal praise--is that a sign that 360 owners are a bunch of casual ignoramuses that can't get their heads around a 'gardening' sim? Of course not. So let's please stop trying to micro-analyze one game out of hundreds and using it as the poster child for why good, non-1st party, games can't sell on Wii. (Everyone frequenting this site knows this is nonsense, and yet some of you just can't let it go because it's the only scab you have left to pick at after all your other "Wii will phail1!!1" straw men arguments have been put to the torch.)" - exindguy on Boom Blocks
