I have not seen anything about them paying the development. The game itself was being developed on PC and Xbox 360 before Sony got the publishing rights and made the developers sush about PC/360.

Well Omikron was certainly a masterpiece, but Indigo Prophecy wasn't... at about halfway the game seemed like it would be the best adventure game since Grim Fandango, but then everything turned to crap and made you swim in diarrhoea and feel like you wasted all that time you've played Indigo Prophecy.
