I doubt it will be PS3 exclusive. Only timed exclusive at best, just like Heavy Rain.

actually osny has paid for the whole development of the title,,so I think it's safe to assume that it will not end up on PC for atleast some time.

 

No, Sony is only taking care of the publishing.

 

that's not what I ve been reading,,,the paid for the development and they will be publishing it ,,,just like a second party title.
