Uh, everything in the XMB is quite organized and logical. The only reason you would struggle to find what you need is never using it. Friends list, games, videos, music, photos, system options, and accounts are fairly logical headings.
The new dashboard is the XMB except with reversed oreintation (main headings vertical) and larger graphics seperating the choices within the headings.
If you don't like XMB you're not going to like the new Live system...it's the same.
