The only reason LCD's look like ass on Wii compared to plasma is because the plasma screen has a better scaler, or it doesn't have to worry about scaling to its native resolution. LCD's do. If you have an external scaler to run your wii signal through, it looks just as good on an LCD as it does on a plasma.
Maybe even better.
