Chrono Trigger when I was playing it on an emulator 8 years ago. (Jeez! I was emulating it 8 years ago!? That game is freaking old. I can't believe it's still my favorite game.) All endings. It's been 8 years since I played it (I was going to start it again this month, but then the DS release was announced. I'd rather not deal with the terrible PS1 version I have on my shelf.), but I recall having the best equipment for every character, including multiples of some type of equipment that I could only get once per play through. (New Game+ in Chrono Trigger is the greatest thing ever.)
Kingdom Hearts 1 & 2. All collectible-type stuff, best weapons, max levels, all optional bosses, etc. Both without guides.
