Good lord...that is downright pathetic on the part of literally everyone involved. Someone laying on the floor of a hospital waiting room is obviously in need of some form of help, they aren't there for no reason.
I'm not sure what is more pathetic though, the fact that she was there for over 24 hours when this occurred, the fact that it occurred at all, or the atrocious conditions reported by other patients in the hospital itself.
This is criminal.

That is not a normal wait time, I was in an ER recently with a friend and we waited 30 min before seeing a doctor. Not sure what its like other places but where I live people don't wait 24 hours ...if they did I would like to think something would be done about it.
