maybe its just me. but none of these ps3 games caught my interest. in my opinion they're rather weak. i dont think the ps3 is worth $499 yet. I'll wait for metal gear solid 4, then ill buy a ps3. |

It doesn't catch mine either. I completely understand why some people aren't interested in some of the Wii games. That's fine, it's cool. But why is it that many PS3 seem to be unable to even fathom that some of us really, honestly don't care about Heavenly Sword/Lair etc? It's like you think I'm saying that because I'm a Wii fan and I just want to stick up for my console. I honestly, genuinely have no interest. Seriously. For real. No joke. I know you're not the only one to behave this way, Leo -- I'm responding to your post specifically, but you're not the lone person who says things like: "Wow how can you not be interested in [random PS3 game]."
Here's a method that may help some of you understand: do you care about Zack and Wiki? Super Mario Galaxy? Wii Health? Wii Music? I bet in several of those cases, your answer is "no, of course not." Now, simply imagine I feel the same way, but about many of the PS3 games. How could someone not care about Heavenly Sword? Or Warhawk? Or Lair? Answer: The same way you are able to not care about Wii Fit or Brain Age or Wii Sports. Final note: I am not saying that you should believe like I do, Leo (or anyone). I'm not asking for you to like the same games I like, I'm just asking for you to accept that many of us really, genuinely aren't interested in many of the PS3 titles, and that we really, genuinely enjoy many of the Wii titles instead. We are not all sitting in secret envy of the PS3's greatness. |
