The only likely adjustment to PS3 is downwards at the moment considering its latest shipment numbers. But of course Australia could be changed upwards and other areas downwards at the same time.
About the 35k giveaway PS3s, it was earlier reported that those would be included into Gfk numbers. I don't know how they track them, but given the huge jump in sales numbers in the last few weeks it seems very likely the giveaway PS3s are included in the 305k.
