Interesting article. It was like reading a nine page train wreck. The author did a fairly good job at being objective, but I find it interesting how many times he mentioned that Rare reversed engineered or emulated or used game design techniques from some other developer (Nintendo). I've been saying this for years, Rare is the "Sasuke" of developers. They do a good job, but it's still someone else's ninjitsu.
