1. No, just no. The audience of the Wii is not the same as the audience of HD consoles. They will also have to add wiimote features. For the Wii they have other plans, exclusive games especially for Wii. In the end there are going to be more SE games on Wii than on both HD consoles.
2. How do you know if SO4 is exclusive to the 360? So far I know it´s been announced "for 360" not "exclusive to 360". FFXIII was also exclusive to PS3 and look what happened.
3. FFXIII will be released in Japan on ps3 first. After that they will have to translate the game in english, german, italian, spanish and french. At the same time they will be working on "porting" the game on 360. So by the time the translation and voice-overs are over, FFXIII will be already running on 360.
