I'd get the PS3 version, not because of Vader, not because of the optional install, and not because of more "polish" (as IGN describes). but because I can use my Hori Joystick (the ONLY way to play SC or fighting games, i can care less about rumble... which is still strange that they didn't have it available..) with the PS2 adapter. But, in the end, my PS3 is incapable of reading disks and I'm now waiting for my coffin to arrive. I'll just have to gamefly the 360 version and deal with the crap controls for now.
BTW: Online mode + competitive play + lag/ missing frames = fail.
