BF: I can't comment on it, but obviously we have one of the best selling third –party games on the Wii in Carnival Games from 2K Play, so we know the Wii pretty well. We're building up assets to develop for the Wii and we're excited about its growth. I can't comment on GTA specifically on the Wii...

I love that he is using GTA and Carnival Games in one answer!!! xD

I know I'm quoting myself... but..

Would that mean because of the succes of Carnival Games the Wii may get a GTA????

Probably. I've been saying all along that all this "OMG teh casual shovelware iz killing gaming!!!" whining coming out of Internet forums was completely wrong, and that the proliferation of "casual" games on the Wii actually helps "core" games in the long run. I'm sure more cases of this sort will prove me right.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."
