My fiancee and I are juggling a lot of games on the Wii right now because we have ~14 at our place (we're borrowing one). If I had to pick one as one that we're playing the most right now, it would be Big Brain Academy. It's a lot of fun and very addictive.
At the risk of breaking the OP's rule, I want to say that we're also playing a lot of RE4. We're about to finish our first run through and plan on playing it on a harder difficulty. It's a truly awesome game.
