Too be fair the tool that they're pushing isn't the general search, when it's a common search it automatically categorizes the data into different tabs on the top right...

Goto Cuil.com and search "Google" and you'll see the tabs.  The tabs are pretty "eh" to me, because if iwas looking for google maps, I'm not going to type just "google"  I'm going to type "google maps".  Most people won't know what brand of map they want and will just type "map"... I don't see how that tab is going to help the average consumer.  of course if you type map in, this is the result...

It's perfectly useless because most computer users can barely send an email and string coherent thought along in a thread on a forum.  Need proof?  Just look at my post history.

(seriously, you need to click on that map link... it's shows why google is the winner.)
