Would I buy a romatic comedy for more money on BluRay? No. Is there a big difference on a 26" TV? No. But if you have a nice TV and a movie that lives from its beautiful pictures. (300, Superman, any Pixar movie, Pirates ...) it is really worth it. I really wait for Lord of the Rings on BluRay. This will be ever more true when the prices converge and the TVs get better. |
im sorry but i dont ever listen to anyone who says DVDs are almost or are even close to Blu-rays... it just...i just... its just i dont understand if these people have actually seen it....
Anyone who says the are "close" is sadly mistaken and a lil ignorant.
but you do need the right set up so if you are watching it on a 720p 20 inch TV yea i guess you are right.. lol
I have a 40 inch 1080p TV (sony of course) and 5.1 surrond sound. let me tell you the difference is not only visaul but its also in the sound.....
To sum it up its a HUGE difference.
