That's what I meant, sorry for not being clear... Sure, Blu-Ray is growing, I never denied that. I'm just saying that taking the best Blu-Ray selling movies as the only evidence is cherry picking and misleading (but not worse than the typical PR spin).

 

ooo if you look at it in a whole you are correct. im sorry for not understanding what you meant. i mean some DVDs are like 5 bucks of course its a different picture but what companies, studios and EVERYONE who wants to make money on DVDs/Blu-rays are not looking at bargin bins.

They make the most money on full price NEW releases. so this info is excalty what fox, WB, etc is looking for.

With any electronic compnay they wonna sell millions in the first week not over time. So this is why i think they only track NEW releases because thats what is MOST important.
