I have a 360, and so do several of my friends, and the only discs that have EVER gotten scratched for any of us are when we have moved the system during operation. And in these cases, we have only ourselves to blame. Computers are placed in a spot where they won't be knocked over, and yet I often see 360's places where someone can knock it over. Find a safe spot for it and everyone's happy.
