They aren't religious and have huge huge human rights problems and other such... much worse then many countries that do have religion intertwined? Like say... the UK. People always blame and talk about the US having church and state problems... you won't even get elected prime minister in the UK if you aren't part of the church of England. Tony Blair felt he wouldn't be aloud to convert until he left.
