I mean, I guess you could hypothetically interpret that as saying, "It'll be available on the Xbox 360 whenever it comes out for the Xbox 360 in North America and Europe," but that's really not reasonable. If they were stating the obvious like that, they simply wouldn't have had any text at all between the Final Fantasy XIII logo and the Xbox 360 logo. (Edit: I think it's generally assumed a game will be available on a given platform when the game launches on that platform.)

Also, if you look at my previous posts, I don't believe I'm being antagonistic at all. No need to say I'm spewing BS or trying to put words in SE's mouth. I mean, all I did in that post you quoted was link to SE's own video and give a time where I believe they stated Final Fantasy XIII would be available on the Xbox 360 upon Final Fantasy XIII's launch in North America and Europe. I guess I simply believe that's a better interpretation of the sentence in their trailer.

Yes, the trailer says exactly what you quoted. Now, that's bad grammar like you can see in the subtitles of FFXIII in the very same video. You can replace "at" with "for", to understand what they meant. The "at launch" shouldn't be there actually, but you can't blame them too much for bad grammar, that's just a direct translation from japanese to english made by a japanese native speaker.

Now again, SE never talked about simultaneous release or anything yet, they just stated where the game will be released on this platform. Again, clearly say that 'simultaneous' is your interpretation and stop saying SE said that: they didn't!

Well, I get what you're saying now, but I still disagree. Like you said, it's my interpretation of what they're saying. That means, as far as I'm concerned (and to anyone else who interprets it the same way), SE did say it. At least now we know there's no point to us arguing because we're both working with the same facts and coming to different conclusions due to differing interpretations of those facts. I understand your interpretation but think mine's more accurate (hence it still being mine), and you seem to understand mine and believe it to be incorrect.

I can deal with that if you can.
