It's one of the most strategically complex RPGs ever made, if not the most when it comes to the online metagame. Plot wise? Yeah, it's cheesey and simple.

 I enjoy pokemon games. i'm not trying to get into a fight with a fanboy. but if you really think pokemon is one of the most strategically complex rpgs ever made, then you havent played rpgs at all. its your opinion and i respect it.
