he was the one who thought that the Dreamcast should enter the market at the time it did. If he woould have told Sega to wait then the Dreamcast might have faired a bit better against the PS2.

 

Peter Moore was the reason why the Dreamcast launch was the most successful ever up until that point.

He had very little impact on when the DC launched, outside of the 9/9/99 date. Sega of Japan was really trying to control things and refused to listen to what the NA division wanted.
