It doesnt make financial sense for MS to NOT bring the 60GB to Europe. Unfortunatly NewEgg no longer offers laptop HDD below 80GB (Except a high end 60GB). The lowest cost being $52.99. Recently though they had offered as low as 40GB and the 40GB was more expensive to purchase than the 60GB or the 80GB offered at the same time. If MS wanted 20GB units then they would have to pay a premium from manufacturers to produce them special for MS.
So cost of HDD
20>40>60>=80
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
