still doesnt count for the fact Crysis has WAY better graphics.

This is technology - if you look at how well Crysis scales or doesn't with different GPUs you have to wonder what bottlenecks are keeping it from running well. Definately not so good an engine as say the Unreal engine which scales marvelously.
