I think this video sums up why I hate Microsoft perfectly. They're out of touch, they're lamest when they try to be cool and they make far reaching claims that are at best mistakes and at worst outright lies. The biggest reason though, is from when I called to cancel live (since by that time I had a PS3) and the line starts with this guy who sounds like he's in a mountain Dew commercial talking about extreme this and awesome that, then when I tried to cancel they said they HAD canceled then quickly billed me again for the next year within hours. They are like the nerdy brother or cousin of someone really cool; they try to imitate the positive buzz and credibility of other companies like Apple, Nintendo and Sony but just come off as hacks through the combination of bad products and bad marketing. It's not a coincidence Microsoft can't even get more then 15% of any market they don't have a monopoly in, they just aren't liked by the vast majority of the worlds population and for good reason. Try not to go blind watching the below.
