What ever happen to them blaming bowling on what happened at Columbine? That's what those nutjobs were doing before going to class, truly, no bullshit!
And yes, the mother should be just as accountable as the son. How do your laws work with this kind of issue on the other side of the big pond? If they were under 18, or maybe 17, then the parents do share some of the responsibility here, though still not enough, it's generally a civil issue with law suits.
