Halo 1 was the best Halo, easy.
Halo 3 is an awesome game, but if you get the 360 you'll be liking other games like bioshock and mass effect much more.
GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
