There is a huge difference between legalizing and decriminalizing. This was just a stupid inflammatory title to scare people who get scared by this kind of stuff. Either way, I'm in Oakland. It's true. By decriminalizing it, prostitutes can report any crimes caused against them in work situations and don't have to worry about either lying or being investigated in the future fo admitting a rape occured to them while selling sex.
