why would you include Qore? isn't it basically a magazine? like would u include subscription to an Xbox fan magazine? And Qore has incentives of its own like giving invites for closed betas of upcoming games...

as well, why wouldn't you include or care about blu-ray? Didn't it actually win the format war? aren't all movies getting released in high def on blu-ray? If I had a blu-ray player, I would probably stop buying standard def movies all together.

It's really just typical kiddie talk... like when you don't have the toy of your friend, you say... "I never liked that toy anyway! it's crap!"... while you secretly envy it.

I have a PS3 remember - since I don't play Blu ray on it, then I guess I don't care for it right? xD Since im entitled to my own opinion on the worth of something...

If you buy a lamborghini diablo, and compare it to a ford falcon for example,  you might say well, I'm getting the engine on the diablo at $47,000 value while the new engine on the falcon are barely over $1600. Yet, you could say well, it's 1 engine compared to the other engine... If I had to drive from New york to san francisco, I could technically do it on both cars.

Yet, one is more pricey than the other. The difference is that the Diablo will top speeds of over 200 mph. You could say, "I never drive at such a speed", but that doesn't mean the diablo engine is worth $1600.

It would be the same as blu-ray. However, you're not even in that position, you "DO" use blu-ray. Be it the added contents that come on the Ratchet and Clank games or the quality (quantity : It doesn't take a genius to understand that when you watch high definition animation and get higher definition Audio content, it's rated as QUALITY rather than quantity. Again, you're opinion doesn't translate to facts.) of the content that come on your MGS4 disc that would elseway not be able to fit on one standard dvd. You could say that "oh well... I could just aswell have had the game on 4-5 dvds and I could still play it on my xbox" but, in a way, having the game on a blu-ray medium saves you from having to get up from your chair/sofa and changing the disc. Some people use windows and if you stuck them in front of a linux box they wouldn't care either way. It works just as well as a* DVD9 for me so im not gonna give it any brownie points.

Thus, you saying that you do not use 'blu-ray' is essentially untrue, as well as your claim that it has no value. Futhermore, you not 'caring' for blu-ray doesn't mean that it has no value either. But if you persist into using this arguement stating that it is your 'opinion' that it has no value, they you may just aswell have shot your whole case down as you are not presenting factual evidence as you so valliantly tried to portray in your title but merely... well just giberish... If I claim that blu ray has no value - then it has no value. Simple as that. I don't care for it. Furthermore I was asking someone else if they cared, I never said it was worthless to other people. "Do you care for blu ray" != Blu ray suxsorz so give it a rest please.**

* A DVD9 in case you didn't know is a dual layer dvd containing 8.5gb of space as opposed to 25 gb from a SINGLE layered BR-D. So no, a single layer blu-ray disc is definitely NOT the same thing as a DVD9.

** Then your title, "Les agree on standardised pricing and feature sets for a PS3/360 comparisons" is erroneous as it neither accurately depicts your arguements nor does it set any foundations where an agreement can be set. It is more like... "Lets me agree on what I think is a standard pricing and what I deem are worth while features I wish to use to justify that an X-Box 360 is worth more than a Play station 3."

Note:- at least some of the many untrue arguements u initially posted has been fixed but it is still far from an unbiassed comparison of an XBox and a PS3. Eg, noting that VoD service requires no monthly fee aswell as the fact that the minimum price for XBox HDDs are not listed which last time I checked was $179 for a 120gb hd. (of course, if there were pricedrops... then so much the better for Xbox users but still they were not listed)
