But on the plus side we get a lot of games that never come to consoles. Something like Galactic Civilizations II I can't imagine going to a console, but after years it's still really fun to play and easy to get into (like Civ 4).
Generally with PC I don't find myself counting the days until X game comes out like I do on my Wii, and did (and will again) on my 360.
