Here's the title: "San Fran's next step: Legalized prostitution?"
Here's the first sentence: "Petitioners have succeeded in moving a measure that would effectively decriminalize prostitution in the city of San Francisco to the Nov. 4 ballot."
There is a huge difference between legalizing and decriminalizing.
This was just a stupid inflammatory title to scare people who get scared by this kind of stuff.
Either way, I'm in Oakland. BRING IT ON.
