I'm not really sure I understand what you're point is.
You don't like Nintendo's business practices.
Your missing evidence. There's evidence out there. What are some examples of Nintendo's transgressions?
How is it different than the behavior of other large organizations?
Explain in plain english some of your points, then use colorful methods to describe what you mean.
I read the whole thing. I understood every individual word. But very little of it makes any sense since I don't have any idea what you are referring to.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
