Nintendo sold the most gaming hardware - Wii+GC+DS+GBA > PS2+PS3+PSP or Xbox 360
Sony sold the most home consoles - PS2+PS3 > Wii or Xbox 360
Microsoft sold the most next gen consoles - Xbox 360 > Wii or PS3
All claimed victory last year, and all are probably spinning the numbers one way or the other this year as well.
