I think the impending "demise" of the PS2 is the most concerning, since that's where the bulk of the profits are generated.
Therefore it is imperative that the PS3 and PSP increase profitability as quickly as possible.
If the video downloads are successful, then that will help a bit. Because MSFT claims that about 1/3 of downloads on live are videos. So hopefully, if Sony puts enough good content there, they can offset their losses.
Hopefully, the Movies and even the Music division cooperates with the Gaming division - which might not necessarily be the case. Because they have a LOT of content that people would want to buy.
