Hmm.....can't really decide, so:

From older games, that's gotta be Bugs Bunny's Birthday Blowout. Seriously, this game is way too generous with all those 1 UPs, I can't remember I ever game overed.

From newer ones, probably Need for Speed: Carbon. I beat main mode 100% in 8 hours (once).
