That's hilarious, it's like Molyneux wants to jump up and down and scream that Fable 2 is the end all of gamming yet he knows career wise he needs to be humble. It's really interesting to watch what the clash between the two little voices in his head during the interview.
Oh and I hope his promise on game length holds true, I'd like about 10 hours of main story but enough fun sidequests and optional things to keep me entertained for a long while, 40 hour main quests have never really been my favorite thing.
